- Mix honey, orange juice, ground seasonings, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. In a separate bowl, toss the veggies in olive oil for an even coat; the oil will help them cook better.
- Thread shrimp, watermelon cubes and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs directly over heat source for 8 to 10 minutes, turning 1/4 rotation every 2 to 3 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink, and watermelon and veggies are cooked through and showing grill marks. Enjoy!
