A lot of people think of quinoa as a grain, but it’s actually from a vegetable family that includes spinach and beetroot. Quinoa is fantastically good for you, high in fiber and especially protein. - Mix all ingredients together, adding salt, pepper, garlic powder and fresh parsley to taste.
