(You can pour the mixture into small containers (e.g. a ramekin) and eat it with a spoon or fork like a granita, no mess)
Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 (8 ounce) can coconut milk
Instructions:
Place ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine. Pour mixture into 5 ramekins and freeze overnight. Enjoy in the morning @ just 160 calories per ramekin/serving.
