Kale n’ Apple Power Smoothie

Ingredients: 
1 cup chopped kale, ribs and thick center veins removed
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup 100% pure pressed apple juice
1/2 of a lemon, segmented, peel removed
1 small banana, sliced
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions: 
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and process on high until mixture is smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
