Homemade Pumpkin and Spice Dip

There are plenty of seasonal recipes that mimic this one, but those have tons of sour cream, sugar and cream cheese. This healthy recipe uses Splenda in place of real sugar, and swaps out the heavy creamy stuff in favor of lots of yummy autumnal spices!

2 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon All-spice or pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon ginger
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
12 to 24 ginger snaps
  • Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and either manually blend with a potato masher or use your electric mixer.
  • Blend until mixture is smooth and resembles a chip dip in texture.
  • Serve in a large bowl, surrounding with 12 to 24 ginger snaps, depending on the size of your Halloween party.
