Italian Salad Dressing

This salad dressing recipe is inspired by the kinds of vinaigrette one might find in a Paris bistro; to maximize its delicious flavors, coat the bottom and sides of a wooden bowl with fresh garlic; when you are ready to toss the greens, add two tablespoons of this salad dressing.

Ingredients: 
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Grey Poupon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 cloves finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp each of thyme, basil and oregano
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Instructions: 
  • Put all ingredients into a mixer bottle, cover lid and shake vigorously. Store in the refrigerator and use within 6 months.
