Golden Oats with Apricots and White Raisins

A work of art with its golden hues of apricots and raisins, this fiber rich HOT bowl of oats is both sweet and satisfying. Set aside the toppings the night before. Once your oatmeal is ready, you can mix in the healthy fruit and go!

Ingredients: 
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon golden raisins
1 tablespoon dried apricots
1 tablespoon chopped roasted almonds
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions: 
  • Prepare the oats according to the package directions.
  • Top oatmeal with the milk, raisins, apricots, almonds, nutmeg and cinnamon.
