- In a small thermos or container that holds at least 1 cup, add oats, milk, yogurt, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and agave.
- Cover container with a lid and mix until well combined. Remove lid, add applesauce and stir until mixed throughout.
- Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.
